How Long to Keep my Doberman in Heat Away From Other Dogs?

Olga: my 8-month-old Doberman is in heat, how long should I keep her away from other dogs and walking her out of the dog parks?

At least three weeks.
Just don't allow her outside at all without supervision.

Females come on heat for approx 3 weeks and should obviously be kept away from entire male dogs.
Don`t walk her anywhere where other dogs walk or you could find male dogs following her scent back to your house.
When i had my female i let her have one heat before spaying her and I used to drive way out into the countryside and walk her along quiet rural lanes where no-one else went.
Males can smell a female in heat from over a mile away so be very vigilant if you live in an area where their are a lot of entire male dogs.
Make sure your garden is secure if you let her out there on her own.
A male can be very persistent and could try and get into your garden by jumping over a fence.
Ps: Chlorophyll tablets (Amplex) from the drug store can "help" mask the smell of the females heat if given daily.

The heat cycle lasts for three weeks, & your b*tch should be kept away from intact male dogs for the entire period.
I took my Dobermann b*tch on lead only walks during off peak dog because as a high energy breed she would have been bouncing off the wall with unspent energy if she had been confined to the house & back garden.
She was walked at off peak dog walking times when I was least likely to encounter other dogs walkers, did not take her to parks or other popular placed to exercise dog.

16 too 21 days. Which is 3 weeks, the heat cycle isn't long but boy is it a horrible experience. I think it's same for all female dogs actually, but i believe i'm wrong. So at least 3 weeks, your dog will act strange for that 3 weeks, you'll know the cycle is over when she turns back into herself again.

Female dogs stay in heat for 3 weeks.  The first week going into heat, the second "in" heat, and the third is going out of heat. After that 3 weeks is over, it is safe for your dog to get spayed.

If she’s bleeding for a long time you better ask the vet.
