Personally, I wouldn't have that problem, since I'm eighteen and completely responsible for any decisions I decide to make.
However, if I were in your situation, the mother dog would have to go too, if the puppy were in fact newborn. The puppy wouldn't survive without the mother. That's as cruel as your parents forcing you to kill the puppy yourself.

No, any puppy under 8 weeks old should not leave it's mother. If for any reason the mother cannot nurse or otherwise care for it then it is a 24 hour job of the owner to care for it. If not it is unlikely to survive. If your parents are forcing you get rid of any animal please call a rescue organization in your area that can care for it. If you don't know how to care for and your parents are unwillingly then you most definitely find a rescue organization to care for it.
Also, no responsible dog owner would purchase a mixed or full bred puppy from an irresponsible breeder especially if it is not ready to leave it's parents.

Well if I personally gave birth to a newborn puppy... I would have bigger concerns than what to do with it.
But if I were living in my parents home, they were paying for my room, board, and all other expenses including anything to do with this newborn dog, than I don't really think I would have much choice as to whether or not I would keep it.

explain to your parents who have no clue obviously, that the puppies MUST remain with mommy until at least 8 weeks old. They need to to learn their basic doggie behavior as well as needs moms nourishment. Why do you think it is illegal in some areas that you cant sell a dog until at least 8 weeks old? Getting rid of it any sooner especially newborn is just asking for nothing but a hard possible shortened life for the puppies. If the wrong person had a bug up their a$ $ and found out you got rid of it too soon, they could call the proper animal authorities on you. YES BEFORE YOU PEOPLE THUMBS DOWN ME, IT HAS HAPPENED IN A SIMILAR SITUATION AND THE DOG WAS REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE AS WELL AS FINES! Something to consider telling your parents as well. By the way, get your dog fixed after this

You might want to remind your parents that you cannot sell puppies til they are 8 weeks of age at very least.. You can never put a newborn puppy into a new home, he needs his mom for many more weeks. Not only that he needs worming and vaccinations.. He needs to learn how to be a dog, that he can only get from his mom and littermates. Your parents shouldn't use a puppy as a threat.

In most areas, it's illegal to sell a pup younger than 8 weeks. Puppies need to be with their mom to learn proper behavior.
Until you move out, you pretty much have to do what your parents say.
