I have a dalmatian 6 months old (as u probably know dalmatians walk along side carriages/carts)
I have a cob thats 6 that i have recently had, shes lovely in all ways.
But i don't know how the dog or horse will act with eachother i know theres only one way to find out.

Depends. Just because a dog is okay with people, doesn't mean it will be okay with horses.

Dalmatians are trained to run with the carriages. They aren't just let loose.
I think 6 months old is too young to do more than introduce and then take it away. If it's your barn, and you want to anyway, be sure to keep the dog on a leash, and don't get the leash where the horse can get tangled. Introduce them slowly. Don't let the dog off the leash until you've taught him Sit, Stay, and Come and he always responds.
If it's not your barn, leave him at home. Horses and dogs are not always - or even usually - a good mix. It is not fair to the other people at the barn, or to their horses, to have an untrained 6 month old puppy running amuck. Someone will be hurt, most likely the dog, or a person, or a horse. Worst case: the dog chases a horse and rider... the dog is trampled... the horse trips over him and falls... the person can't get clear. They could all die. Probably won't happen, but everything up to and including that could easily happen.
ETA: I've had two dogs badly hurt by horses (my own horses, my own farm, my own dogs, my own idiocy). Both kicked in the head at different times. One severe concussion - that dog was in PAIN - and one fractured skull with bone sticking out through the skin above the eye. $ $ $ $ but both survived. It can happen in an instant, when you least expect it, even when the dogs and horses have known each other and interacted without incident for years (as with the compound skull fracture above). My attention was diverted for an instant, so even though the dog would have come immediately if called, I didn't realize what was about to happen.
